Things to know before the workshop for participants: we want to make you feel comfortable as possible so we have laid out the workshop plan here, so you won’t be surprised by any questions or activities we will be doing. If possible it would be helpful if the younger generation got an account on Canva prior to the workshop. We would also love it if everyone took a picture of their faces for a poster and we will make a poster for our Instagram. You don't have to do this but it would be really helpful.

· What benefits do you think there could be from the younger and older generations connecting more?
Older
· What are some stereotypes people have about your generation? Some stereotypes of generation x and baby boomers: sceptical, set in their ways, lazy, fear-driven, stubborn what do you have to say about these labels?
Younger
· What are some stereotypes people have about your generation? Some stereotypes of gen z: short attention span, addicted to technology, cant handle face to face interaction, they hop from job to job, what do you have to say about these labels?
· Do you think people in your generation are likely to stay in Carrigtwohill as you grow older?
· What do you think can be done to break these stereotypes down?
· Do you think your generation/other generations could do more for your community? If so, what?
· How do you think your generation will be remembered by future generations?

Canva – younger generation
for gen x -we will be using canva to make posters (screen share) debunking the stereotypes people think about your generation or anything that was discussed today that you would like to put on the poster. https://www.canva.com/
Take picture
For this piece, you might have it already done you don’t have to send one in but we would love a picture of your face and from this, we will make a poster where we have a quote you said in this podcast for promotion and awareness to issues that were raised in the podcast or stereotypes that were debunked. We will then take these and put them on our Instagram.
